Within the United States (US)
Your order will ship after 2–4 business days, unless otherwise noted. Packages are primarily shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS), which typically delivers in 2–5 business days after the shipment leaves our facility. Once your order has been shipped, we'll send an email notification with tracking information.
Outside the US
We currently do not offer International Shipping.
ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER?
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) Please contact us with a description of the issue. We want you to be delighted with your purchase.
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of order delivery) at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange to replace any damaged items.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is paramount. Contact us at email@example.com if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy to complete an exchange or refund by filling out a Return Authorization Form. Please return the merchandise within 45 days of receipt of your purchase. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.

Oregon is a no-sales tax state. That means we won't charge you a sales tax on your purchase. For example, if your purchase comes to $100, you are charged $100 and any shipping, but no tax. Enjoy!

Our skincare line is formulated from high-quality natural ingredients, best stored in dry, cool places away from sunlight and moisture. Please use the provided spatula to scoop out products from jars, or clean, dry fingers. Please use the products within recommended shelf life dates.
